Anglian Water, recently voted “Utility of the Year” in London, is one of the biggest and most prestigious utility companies in the UK. Headquartered in Rye, New York, Transatlantic Translations Group (TTG) was founded in 2001 and has become one of the leading language and technical translation and telephone interpreting providers worldwide. Our highly experienced service delivery teams are located throughout North America, South America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. TTG became the Language Supplier to Anglian Water over 10 years ago. We took over from their incumbent supplier and immediately delivered on site training sessions to Anglian Water personnel in their call centers to ensure they maximized the benefit from the telephone interpreting service we provided. Intuitively, speaking through an interpreter is easy, but it can be done well or poorly, and our training set out to ensure all parties got the best out of the service. Every month since we started with Anglian, we have sent management reports and information regarding their interpreting usage, and generally been on hand to work with them on opportunities or issues. In more recent years we have also provided translation services for the written word. We are proud to be Anglian Water’s telephone interpreting and translation supplier. Each year, Anglian Water hold their annual Supplier Awards as a way to recognize the contribution suppliers and partners make to their success. This year, we are thrilled to announce that TTG won the “Community Award”. This award is a testament to each and every one of our staff that provides Anglian Water with interpreting and translation services. Our language services allow Anglian Water to communicate with their non-English speaking clients, whenever and wherever it might be necessary.
