Notes:

Remote Interpretation Services Cancellation Fee:

• less than 24 business hours: 100% is due
• less than 48 business hours: 50% is due
• less than 72 business hours: 25% is due

On site Interpretation Services Cancellation Fee:

• less than 7 days : 100% is due
• less than 30 days:  50% is due

For ASL only:

• A minimum of 3 working days (M-F) notice of an appointment;
• A minimum charge of 60 minutes and thereafter increments of 60 minutes (example: 75 minute duration call would be charged at 120 minutes); If 2 hours is scheduled, then this becomes the minimum charge;
• Appointments may not be changed or cancelled within 2 working days of the appointment without the minimum charge still being billed;
• Depending on the anticipated duration of the call, we may need to engage 2 Linguists, but Clients will be advised of this and any additional cost in advance;
