Anglian Water, recently voted “Utility of the Year” in London, is one of the UK’s biggest and most prestigious utility companies.
TTG became the Language Supplier to Anglian Water over ten years ago. We took over from their incumbent supplier and immediately delivered on-site training sessions to Anglian Water personnel in their call centers to ensure they maximized the benefit of the telephone interpreting service we provided.
Every month since we started with Anglian, we have sent management reports and information regarding their interpreting usage. We have been on hand to work with them on opportunities or issues.
In recent years we have also provided translation services for the written word. We are proud to be Anglian Water’s telephone interpreting and translation supplier.
Each year, Anglian Water holds its annual Supplier Awards to recognize the contribution suppliers and partners make to their success.
This year, we are thrilled to announce that TTG won the “Community Award.”
This award is a testament to every one of our staff that provides Anglian Water with interpreting and translation services. Our language services allow Anglian Water to communicate with their non-English speaking clients whenever and wherever necessary.
